Come join us at the Heights Neighborhood Library for a workshop on how to become the kind of financial mentor that successfully helps others learn to think for themselves and make prudent financial decisions.
A host of topics will be explored:
– Does my current life experience make me a good candidate to mentor others?
– Who makes a good candidate to mentor in the area of financial matters?
– How to leave a legacy of financial mentors with those whom you mentor
– How to teach people to think for themselves when it comes to money matters.
– How to avoid practices that aren’t healthy or could get you in trouble.
You will also recieve an overview of the many topics you can work through with those you mentor to help them learn about all aspects of spending, saving, investing, insurance coverage, wills and directives, charitable giving, college planning, and more!
About your Presenter:
Randall Neighbour is an experienced Financial Advisor and has mentored a number of clients and friends in many aspects of financial planning. He holds both the RICP and APMA designations, and has a thriving faith-based financial practice (Kingdom Wealth Management). Randall donates time to the ACFS to help people learn about and use sound financial principles to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
